First off I'd like to tell you a little about myself and why I've decided to take this project on. I was
introduced to hunting and shooting in 1988 when I married my husband Doug. I learned quickly that shooting and hunting meant
a great deal to him and that if I wanted to see much of him when fall and winter rolled around I would have to participate.
The first 2 yrs. I hunted with a centerfire rifle. In 1990 we began a new adventure with (his re-introduction to) muzzleloaders.
This was fun. More fun than the very loud, ear piercing booms of the centerfires. What's more it was alot less expensive to
shoot. In 1992 our next adventure started when hubby decided it was time to try a flintlock. We have been shooting primarily
muzzleloaders for the past 5 yrs.
In the pages that follow I will give information that will help a new person
to the sport of muzzleloading to get started in our sport as well as offer other links of interest. I do hope that you will
browse through the pages and offer feedback on things you'd like to see added to the site.
New pages will
be added as I can. If there is something you would like to see but hasn't yet been added, drop me an email and ask. I'm more
than happy to get more ideas for future pages.
Some folks have asked that I add a guestbook. If you would
like to view and sign it, go to the links page and it's the first link on the page.
Please check back as I'm
adding pages as I can. If there is something you would like to see feel free to email me and let me know. I'd like to include
as much information as I can.
